To securely attach the powder coated steel panels use these uprights with mounting base. The mounting feet should be fixed into the ground with 4 ground anchors per foot.
What is the upright with mounting base made of?
The post and ground stake are made of steel and then powder coated in the desired color. Powder coating is an electrostatic process that uses a spray gun to apply powder to metal. During curing in the oven, the heat causes the powder particles to first become liquid, then viscous and finally harden into a beautiful, durable coating. The coating consists of 2 layers and is Uv-resistant.
