Return

If you are still not satisfied with the product you ordered, you can return the product as follows:

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
You have another 14 days to return your product after cancellation.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original state and packaging.
Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when returning it.
Return costs are at your own expense.
As soon as we have received your return we will send confirmation of this by e-mail. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been received in good order.
If you return the entire order, you will be credited for the entire order amount including any shipping costs.
Orders that have been made especially for you with dimensions that are not standard on the website are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This makes the sale final after successful payment.
