At MySteel, we believe it’s important that you’re happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with the product you ordered, you can make use of your right of withdrawal and return the product as follows.

Right of withdrawal

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
  • After cancelling, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the product back to us.

How to register a return

  1. Register your return by email.
    - Within 14 days of receiving your order, send an email to: info@mysteel.nl.
    - Please include your order number and specify which products you would like to return.
  2. Download and complete the return form.
    - Download the return form via the "Download return form" link on the website.
    - Complete the form in full and include it with your parcel.
  3. Pack the product carefully.
    - Send the product back to us – including all accessories supplied and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and original packaging.
    - If the product or its packaging is more damaged than necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and functioning, any resulting loss of value may be charged to you. Please handle the product with care and make sure you use sturdy packaging when returning it.

Costs and refund

  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
  • As soon as we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation by email.
  • We will refund the amount due for your order within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has been received by us in good condition.
  • If you return your entire order, you will receive a refund of the purchase price of the returned items, as long as the products arrive back with us in good condition.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

  • Custom-made products: orders that are made especially for you, with dimensions that are not listed as standard on the website, are excluded from the right of withdrawal. The sale is final once payment has been successfully completed.
  • Special RAL colours: products with a special or different RAL colour are coated especially for you and therefore cannot be returned. The sale is final once payment has been successfully completed.
