At MySteel, we want you to be satisfied with your order and with our service. If you are not satisfied with a product, the delivery or the way we have handled your enquiry, please feel free to contact us so that we can look for an appropriate solution together.

Submitting a complaint

Please include, where possible, your order number, a brief description of your complaint and – if relevant – photos of the product. This helps us to assess and handle your complaint quickly and carefully.

Trusted Shops Buyer Protection

Do you see on the website and in your email that your order is protected by Trusted Shops?
If a problem with the delivery or a refund has not been resolved to your satisfaction after contacting MySteel, you can use the link in the emails from Trusted Shops to make use of the Buyer Protection. Trusted Shops will review the situation and may act as an independent third party in the mediation process.

If we are unable to find a solution together

If, despite our efforts, we are unable to find a solution together, you can always seek external advice. For example, you may contact a consumer organisation, your legal expenses insurer or a local legal adviser in your own country. They can support you with the next steps that are appropriate for your situation.
