How will my product be shipped?

Every order is carefully packed to avoid damage during transport. Your product will be delivered in a package. Depending on the total number of packages or the size of the product, it may be necessary to deliver the order on a pallet.

We cooperate with DPD for parcel post. You will receive an e-mail from them with a track & trace link.

The shipment of goods on a pallet in the Netherlands and Belgium is done by Micodo. For other countries, pallet transport is done with Dachser. You will receive a text message from them with the delivery time frame.

What are the delivery days?

DPD delivers our parcels to you on Mondays to Saturdays.
If your goods are delivered on a pallet, this is delivered by Micodo or Dachser on Monday to Friday.

What time will my parcel or pallet be delivered?

All DPD parcels are delivered between 8 am and 6 pm.
Delivery of a pallet by Micodo or Dachser are delivered between 8 am and 5 pm.

What is the delivery time of my product?

If you want to know when to expect your product, first click on the product of your choice in the webshop. On the product page, you will find the delivery time directly under the price.

Can I track my parcel or pallet?
Parcels are sent by the carrier DPD.
Goods on a pallet are sent by Micodo or Dachser.

DPD

Once your ordered product has been packed by MySteel and has left our production area, you will receive the shipment confirmation from this carrier by e-mail, containing the track & trace link. Via this link, you can see on what date and at what time your order will be delivered.
DPD will also inform you via e-mail one to two days before delivery what time the parcel will be delivered. * On the morning of the delivery, DPD will inform you by e-mail of a 1-hour period within which your parcel will be delivered.
The driver will ask you to sign for receipt upon delivery.
*OnFriday evening you will be informed when the delivery will take place on Monday.

Micodo

Once your ordered product has been packed by MySteel and has left our production area on a pallet, you will receive shipment confirmation by email from MySteel.
The Micodo driver will contact you half an hour in advance to inform you that they will arrive in half an hour.
Delivery to Belgium; shipping a pallet to Belgium is generally done by Micodo itself. In certain cases, Micodo will hand over the shipment to their Belgian delivery partner Widem. In this situation, the shipment will arrive a day later.
The driver will ask to sign for receipt upon delivery.

Dachser

Once your ordered product has been packed by MySteel and has left our production area on a pallet, you will receive e-mail confirmation of the shipment from MySteel. The driver of Dachser

What are the shipping costs?

NL/BE: Your order over €250 will be shipped free of charge*.

The shipping costs depend on the product category.

You pay shipping costs only once, regardless of the number of products.

* With the exception of edge protections length 2400 mm, you always pay shipping costs, regardless of the order amount.

Has my order already been shipped?
Once your product has been packed and is ready for shipment at MySteel, you will receive a confirmation from our delivery partner DPD that your package has been sent. This also contains a track & trace link. This e-mail is entitled; "Your order has been dispatched".
Once your product has been placed on a pallet at MySteel and is ready for dispatch, you will receive an e-mail from MySteel with the confirmation named; "Your order has been dispatched".
No rights can be derived from these e-mails. This is because the dates depend on seasonal traffic and the carriers DPD, Micodo or Dachser we work with. We will of course do our best to deliver the ordered products as soon as possible.

I have not (yet) received an e-mail with track & trace, what can I do?

What happens to my parcel or pallet if I am not at home?
If you are not at home during the parcel's delivery time, no drop-off has been given and the neighbours cannot accept your parcel either, DPD will take the parcel to the nearest DPD pick-up parcel shop. The non-home notice, left for you by the driver, will tell you when and where you can pick up the parcel.
If your product was sent on a pallet by Micodo or Dachser, the driver will contact you by phone to inform you that the pallet will be placed close to your home, in the garden or on the pavement. Micodo or Dachser have permission to place this pallet.

My parcel's track & trace code indicates that it has been delivered, but I haven't received anything. What should I do now?
We are extremely sorry that you have not yet received your product. In order to find out exactly where your parcel is, we would like to start an investigation with the carrier DPD. Would you please contact us? Then we will immediately start working for you to solve it as soon as possible.

Payments

Payments are provided via our

You can pay for your order via iDEAL, Bancontact, prepayment, Klarna post-payment, PayPal or with Credit Card.

iDEAL
With iDEAL you can pay for your order safely and easily. You can pay via the secure internet environment of your own bank. You do not need to create an account to pay with iDEAL, but simply log in using the same secure method you use for online banking. There is no extra charge for this payment method.

Payment in advance
If you choose advance payment, you will receive an e-mail from Mollie (the payment provider) after placing your order, containing payment details. You transfer the amount to the account number mentioned in this e-mail, using the payment reference. There is no extra charge for this payment method.

Klarna payment after delivery
You can choose to pay for your order after delivery. You will first receive your order, after which you must pay the invoice to Klarna within 14 days. Klarna carries out the entire post-payment process. You must be at least 18+ to use this service. If you pay on time, you avoid extra costs with Klarna and ensure that you can use Klarna's services again in the future.

When you choose Klarna post-pay, you will be asked for some of your details. Based on these details, Klarna checks whether you are eligible to pay afterwards. There is no extra charge for this payment method.

Klarna spread payment
Klarna installment payment allows you to pay for your purchases in installments. Every 30 days, the payment is automatically debited from your account. You must be at least 18+ to use this service. If you pay on time, you avoid extra costs with Klarna and ensure that you can use Klarna's services again in the future.

When you opt for Klarna spread payment, you will be asked for some of your details. Based on these details, Klarna checks whether you are eligible to pay in instalments. We do not charge an extra fee for this payment method.

Bancontact
With Bancontact you can pay for your online purchases reliably, safely, easily and without extra costs. You can use Bancontact directly with a Belgian debit card, without having to create an account.
