This joining plate is for joining the low border borders (12 to 15 cm height). This coupling plate can be attached to the border using self-tapping screws. These can also be ordered from us.
Material
This coupling plate is made of high quality sendzimir galvanized steel. Sendzimir galvanized steel is carbon steel which goes through a zinc bath after rolling. The purpose of this zinc bath is to protect the steel from corrosion (rust). The zinc bath has a temperature of 450-500 degrees and contains a small amount of aluminum. After this, air is blown over the galvanized steel on both sides to control the layer thickness. This produces a uniform thickness of the zinc layer. The zinc coating offers good protection for your border edge, making it last for years.
