This house number features spacers, which ensure that the house number is mounted with a small distance away from the wall. The spacers provide a sleek end result where it looks like the house number is floating. When mounting, you screw the supplied threaded pins into the thread of the spacers and then slide them into a (sealant-filled) drill hole in the wall. After the sealant dries, the house number remains firmly fixed in the wall. The house number is delivered unrusted, in the gray metal color. The start of the rusting process begins in the first 2 months, no treatment is needed for this. During the rusting process, the house number may come off.
